Presents the core mental model : Clarity of Thought , Clarity of Communication, Clarity of Action and shows that every broken deliverable traces back to a broken link in that chain. Reinforces that Content + Context = Clarity through the same situation communicated well across four different roles.
Reveals that writing a strong AI prompt and briefing a human require the same discipline, unified in the framework (Role, Context, Expectation, Format, Constraint). Uses weak-vs-strong examples and audience-awareness (CEO to junior dev) to prove that specificity and tailoring drive better results from both people and AI.
Teaches six human skills : active listening, conciseness, tone/empathy, giving feedback, asking good questions, and storytelling with data each paired with its AI-prompting -twin. Drives home one pattern: the habits that make you clearer with people are the same ones that make you effective with AI.
Hands-on exercises tailored to each role: rewriting a commit message (Dev), strengthening a bug report (QA), sharpening a requirement (PM), and a feedback self-audit (Manager). Closes with the - prompt-first - exercise if you can't write the AI prompt clearly, you're not clear enough to task a human either.
Converts the concepts into a daily reflex through a 5-minute practice loop (morning, during work, after writing, end of day) and four take-home exercises. Ends with a self-assessment so learners can score themselves on and track their growth.
